SHIPPING
- Most items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, with tracking, signature, and insurance included. FedEx is available upon request and for an additional fee.
- Please allow a processing time of 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for all regular, non-custom items. Custom items (including sizing) have a 2-3 week processing time. Special events, promotions, and holidays may result in longer processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- After processing, shipped items should take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on location.
- If you require your piece before a certain deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
